VIP Hotel Segamat

I could say this is the best experience I have in Segamat. Well, cnt expect much for a hotel in a small town but VIP hotel absolutely exceeds my expectation. There are plenty of parking spaces behind the hotel. Buffet breakfast is delicious with a lot of varieties for a hotel and the main is their staff are just so friendly and helpful. There is a gym room and swimming pool however it is under maintenance when my visit. Wifi connection is fast which suitable for me during my work trip.

The room facilities has improved a lot from my last visit. All the SPA and pool are back to service. The buffet breakfast are delicious

Most of all I really like the layout and the cleanliness of the room! It made me feel so cozy and comfortable to just sit back and relax in the room. Also, I want to point out that the air pressure in the shower is superb! To all VIP Hotel staff & management, please keep this up but always remember that there's always room for improvement. I will definitely be coming back here for sure! Thank you so much for your kind hospitality! Kudos to the team and may I note to the management that the operation staff deserves a raise for their hard work especially during this pandemic era. Stop focusing on the guests' needs for a moment and start focusing more on building up the staff morale. Good staff morale equals to Customer's satisfaction. Whoever is reading this, please bring this up to your management.
